Our Tenant Referral Program rewards current tenants for referring new tenants to our properties. Review the terms below to participate.

Eligibility: Current tenants in good standing (no outstanding lease violations or late payments) may participate.
Reward: Earn a $500 credit to your account for each successful referral, applied as credit over 12 months, provided the referred tenant pays rent on time each month.
Referral Process: Send referrals to our text (845)327-2202. The referred individual must list you as the referrer on their application or tell the agent.
Qualification: The referred tenant must pass our standard screening process, sign a lease, pay the security deposit, and move into the property.
Payment Conditions: Credits are applied monthly to your account during the referred tenant’s first 12 months, contingent on their timely rent payments. If the referred tenant fails to pay rent on time, the credit for that month is forfeited.
Limitations: Referrals must be new tenants not previously in contact with our management. Self-referrals or referrals of existing tenants are ineligible.
Compliance: All referrals must comply with applicable laws, including anti-spam and fair housing regulations. We reserve the right to disqualify referrals that violate these terms.
Program Changes: We may modify or terminate the program at any time. Changes will be posted on our website.
